Bravia Capital Group evaluates financial requirements for customers, business owners and companies facing difficult loan situations. We may evaluate cases related to NPA loans, loan settlement, OTS, bad credit, overdue loans and business financial stress.
Every case is checked individually based on the loan, financial position, repayment capacity and available security.
When required loan payments are not made for the applicable period, the lender may classify the loan as NPA under applicable rules.
An NPA account can make it difficult to obtain normal finance — which is the gap this desk exists to work in.

If a borrower is unable to repay the full loan amount, they may discuss a settlement with the existing lender. The lender and borrower may agree on a settlement amount and payment terms.
The borrower must then arrange the agreed settlement amount according to the lender's terms. Where eligible, funding for that requirement may be evaluated.
