Bravia Capital Group arranges loan facilities between applicants and lenders on its panel. Submitting an enquiry through this site is a request for us to assess your eligibility and approach suitable lenders. It is not an application to any specific lender, and it is not an offer of credit.

No loan exists until a lender issues a sanction letter and you and that lender sign a loan agreement. Until that point, nothing on this site or in our correspondence creates a binding commitment to lend.

Interest rates shown on this site are indicative starting rates available on our panel at the time of publication. The rate you are actually offered depends on your credit profile, income, the loan amount, the tenure and the lender's own policy, and may be materially higher.

Maximum loan amounts and tenures shown are ceilings, not entitlements. Eligibility is assessed case by case.

The EMI calculator on this site uses the standard reducing-balance formula and is provided for illustration. It does not include processing fees, insurance, stamp duty, GST or any other charge, and its output is not a quotation.

Submitting an enquiry through this site is free. Lender charges such as a processing fee, documentation charges, stamp duty and applicable taxes are set out in the sanction letter, and are deducted or collected in accordance with that document.

Any question about a charge should be raised before you sign. Write to info@braviacapitalgroup.com, or to complaints@braviacapitalgroup.com if it concerns a file already in progress.

When you use this site or submit an enquiry, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract
• The information you give us is true, current and complete
• The documents you submit are genuine and belong to you
• You will tell us promptly if your circumstances change materially before disbursal
• You will not use the site to attempt fraud, to submit another person's details without authority, or to interfere with its operation
