Privacy policy

Loan applications involve sensitive personal and financial data. This page sets out exactly what we collect, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This page is available in English only. Other pages on this site can be read in your language, but legal terms are kept in the language they were drafted in so that nothing is changed by translation. If you would like any part of it explained in your language, call us and we will go through it with you.

Who we are

Bravia Capital Group ("we", "us") operates braviacapitalgroup.com and arranges loan facilities between applicants and lenders on its panel. Our registered office is at Bravia Capital Group, Mahakal Nagar, Sirohi, Rajasthan – 307001.

For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@braviacapitalgroup.com.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to assess an enquiry and place it with an appropriate lender.

  • Identity and contact details — name, mobile number, email address, city
  • Application details — loan product, amount, preferred tenure, purpose of the loan
  • Financial information — employment type, income, existing obligations, bank statements and tax returns where you provide them
  • KYC documents you submit — Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, property papers, and similar
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate for site analytics

How we use it

Your information is used to check your eligibility, prepare and submit your application to lenders, communicate with you about that application, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and keep records required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

To arrange a loan, we share your application with banks and NBFCs on our lending panel — only those relevant to your specific enquiry, and only to the extent needed to assess it.

We also share data with credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian and CRIF High Mark) for credit assessment, and with service providers who host our systems or process documents on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to regulators, courts or law-enforcement agencies where we are legally required to.

Credit checks

Submitting an enquiry may involve a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score. A hard credit enquiry — which is recorded on your credit report — is performed only once you ask us to proceed with a formal application to a specific lender. We will tell you before that happens.

How long we keep it

Where a loan is sanctioned, we retain records for the period required by applicable financial regulations, which is generally eight years from the closure of the facility.

Where an enquiry does not lead to a loan, we retain the file for up to 24 months so that we can pick the conversation back up if you return, and then delete it. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may, at any time and free of charge:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep
  • Withdraw consent to being contacted, by replying STOP to any message or writing to us
  • Raise a complaint about how your data has been handled

How we protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to staff who need it for your application. Physical documents are stored securely at our office. No system is perfect, so if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Some cookies are needed for the site to work, and one remembers your light or dark theme and your chosen language. Those are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

This site also runs the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you open a page it tells Meta that a page on this site was viewed, along with your IP address, your browser and device type, and a Meta cookie if your browser already has one. We use it only to measure our advertising and to reach similar audiences.

The Pixel is not given anything you type into the application form. Your name, phone number, income, loan amount, documents and any other detail you send us are never passed to Meta.

If you would rather not be tracked, you can block third-party cookies or scripts in your browser, use your browser's tracking protection, or change your Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences. Blocking it does not affect your application or how we deal with you in any way.

Keeping your credentials to yourself

Our team will never need your OTP, card PIN or net-banking password to assess or process your application — those are yours alone and no lender requires them. If anyone contacts you in our name asking for them, do not share them, and let us know at complaints@braviacapitalgroup.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
